Robert Shiller: Home prices will fall and 'cause some pain'

The housing market is hot as home prices continue to rise, but Nobel Prize winning economist Robert Shiller predicts prices will eventually drop. "They'll come back down, not overnight, but enough to cause some pain," Shiller told Yahoo Finance Live.

akkada vaadu eventually annadu...by that time we might have passed our prime time. So there's nothing wrong or right at this point.

places like texas and north carolina have increased net migration and the price increase is due to low inventory. i am not sure if the prices will go down as long as ppl keep flocking to these states.
