3-6 months of time is not really enough to educate, especially Indians.

We ran world’s largest vaccination programs earlier and we were successful at it. It’s just that we were not racing against the time. Polio vaccination initial phases were huge flop and literally health care workers had targets to complete vaccinations but eventually it became a norm...a common practice and even an uneducated illiterate tribal woman is now aware of polio vaccination.

It takes time. It’s hard to convince all of the population. Beliefs, religion, practices, food etc plays a major role.
