Any expert on sump pump and it's issues?

Basement lo pump undi. Randomly the pump isn't able to push water out. Pump daggara water untay and outside pipe lo water ratalla. Pump keeps running. It runs for real long time. Once I realize it's not pushing water I have to unplug and sometime I have to disconnect the pipe at back flow valve. Air pressure release ainattu sound ostundi. I connect pipe again and plug it back in. Then the pump works and is able to push water. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

• The motor is just humming but not actually running.
• The pump is air-locked.
• The check valve is stuck closed or installed incorrectly.
• The impeller is damaged.
• The pump discharge pipe is partially or fully blocked.
• The suction intake screen is partly or fully blocked.
• The volute, or bottom of the pump, is cracked and is allowing water to leak out.
• The discharge pipe is leaking.

then you need a secondary pump too bro...may be nee current pump capacity thakkuva undhanukunta...so you cant fix rain water coming inside?  I mean from where is the rain water coming?

maa intlo naku kuda aa problem undhi....when it rains heavily, main sewer line backs up and water comes inside my basement...I am trying to install a backflow valve in my front yard...
