Nah it's the other way around . Most of the cases are stuck at district level , short staffed , opaque and political appointments. Just a mess

Not just judges , files get stuck with general administrative staff in courts .  It could take months for the file to reach the judge , who will just postpone the hearing  another 3 months repeatedly

Thousands cheque bounce cases are pending for 10+ years .just a open and shut cheque-bounce case

In eight years the poor guy didn't get a single hearing from any judge . His CIBIL score is penalised and he can't apply loans from any bank .

While guys like sujana Chowdary , Rayapati samba siva rao , etc are completely Scott free. This is how normal people are dealt in courts in simple financial cases .
