It’s not a govt allocated quota man. Private companies can buy the vaccines directly from the manufactures. IT companies are also starting vaccination drive

It’s just a theory on paper no state or no corporation has been able to procure a single vaccine yet outside of the allocations made by center. The vaccine orders to the companies are backordered that it will take few months to fulfill the orders just made by the center. Unless they open up the market for other vaccine companies it is a pipe dream
