Even america a country that's infamous for having no govt hospitals is giving vaccination free of cost because it will be more beneficial to open the economy sooner.  

Your line of thinking is extremely foolish , to save 500 per person you have risked thousands of deaths , middle class savings wiped out , half the manufacturing jobs lost , inflation at peaks , farmers price crash , daily labour going hungry due to lockdown , etc 

A centralised vaccination procurement and distribution is the only way out of this. india is perhaps the only major country that doesn't have it and is risking another wave

Hopefully they change the decision soon , dish market vaccine policy is just terrible for the country
