Have been following his YouTube videos and interviews..filing dates 2018 varaku move avtayi antunnadu in almost all episodes and advising candidates not to switch jobs at this point...enta varaku nammachu ee dates ni..naadi reverse scenario , I have to move back to my prev employer who has the i140..pd Aug 2017...this is for filing date not final action date ..naaku ead vasthe ade mahaprasadam...

As you said it is a prediction. No one can tell how far and how much dates will move without disclosing the inventory. 2018 could be a bit aggressive but no one knows. 

Meanwhile ask your old employer - what it takes to file your EAD if dates get current.

Bro what rahul is saying is very very aggressive,  you don't thing of your career based on his prediction , kudirithe September 15 roju kuda you can decide e mo kada to transfer the hq usually if they open filing it will be oct Nov Dec 

Or one more option if yiur old employer is supportive for suppose dates move yiu can always file as future employment , and you can transfer to him if yiu would like , don't move now hoping dates will touch 2017 if yiu have good job now, not sure yiu need downgrade or eb3 dorect join avakapothe downgrade doubte

Thanks bro..I don't think my old employer will move forward unless I work for him..have a good paying FT now..not that it's great it's ok and pays well for the work I do..but yeah okavela 2017 touch ayithe I will mostly move back irrespective of billing rates..

Ask yiur old employer to be ready with h1  lca etc etc by September 15th ( beg him , buy him good wine scotch what not) and october current avuthe in case immediate h1 premium kottu , else enjoy yiur current job bro good luck

Ask him what it takes for him to file without having to switch employment. Is there an option to help him with a position at your work place where he can place some folks ?

He is not fraud, he is a pathetic human being that did bad for a lot of us. There is a difference between Fraud and him. 

Vaadi vyavharam bayata padinidi inka enta mandi unnaro. He rallied up all mestris through IT Serve and said chime in to twist the language on this bill so these folks are going to sit on H1b for much longer if not forever. The Govt let it happen under Obama's admin and none of us folks raised a voice to counter that .

If you are going by his words and predictions, he also said he was wrong so many times in predicting the dates!

You do not have to think about it for your date, née date filing lo vaste just ask your old employer to file and move back once you get another contract.

Thanks for the info, “under prevailing conditions “ clause valla emiti difference? And how helpful is ead? Some told me it doesn’t make any difference even if we get ead ani, We still need to maintain h1 ani. Does it help in next step of getting gc faster?
