In each of them they get upfront commission ....all above are good investment vehicles but it has pyramid scheme now. Study yourself and allocate accordingly... I tried but failed in stock market in last 10 years. Bad timing/ indecisiveness etc...most made money in last 10 years...I barely got 2% returns. Missed real estate investment before 2017..
