We are brainwashed by media for years that working 'always' is normal and that we should be available 24/7 

We spend all our most productive years , time and youth slaving off , earning peanuts and then spending on things we do not actually need

by the time we 'retire' we would have barely there savings adjusted for inflation and no energy to do most activities

this is defined as the new normal , sad but true

I would say rather than hours and days , being productive matters , complete your work for the week whether its in 2 days or 3 days or even 1 day and enjoy , don't balance work and personal life as they are never equal , always give way way higher priority to self and family ,  rest all are just superficial things to keep appearances

Working from home is harder than working from office .  As much as I am scared to go to work I am also sick of staying home .  Mental ayipotanemo anipistundi sometimes .

I love teleworking ... been doing it for last 5 years .... I am more productive from home .. I used to feel very sleepy when I drove 30 mins to work

Nice . I like working from office . I miss all those uppar meetings , daily lunches and fun . We used to go to movies , ice skating , bowling etc too on Friday afternoons .  The current place i work colleagues are like friends . I used to love to go to work .  Social life zero ayipoyindi . Ento e kompa nunchi kadalakapovadam. 😞

I worked for 12 yrs in US in IT, last 4 yrs working for same company, first 8 yrs of my career I changed 6 companies. I was thinking the same every Monday and after every long weekend for the first 8 yrs.

last 4 yrs lo by mistake kooda okka day kooda, oka sari ante okka sari kooda, endhi ra ee job, work, gola, abba office ki povala, Monday ochesinda, ani anipinchaledu, I might be lucky to find a perfect job/company/environment for my personality type and career goals.

maa office lo andaru jovial a but naa age group kadu so I used to avoid them anyways ... but they are my good friends ... appudappudu Friday’s nearby bar lo happy hour ki kalustham.. that’s it ... 99% of my team is in east coast ... so work from home is the only option we have ...
