Appudu starting lo Bhayam and also I was sick myself for couple of months and used Instacart. Every picked item by him is touched by him so I was conscious .

Anthuke what ever items brought from outside oka table meeda seperate pettesi if packed one's next day teestam leka fruits/veggies ayithe after few hours transfer to fridge and if required can wash with veggie wash liquid before using saripothadhi 

Also once done with touching them hands manchiga wash chesthe ayipoye..

evanni intlo janalu undi chusevallu unte cheppe matalu . Hotel nunchi pandemic start lo March 12th to be precise genteste I had to drive 13 hours with flu and acute respiratory infection pharangistis without doctors seeing me . I had to start with a vacated house in different state . 2 months I was sick and I had no person to give me atleast water for medication . I couldn’t lift stuff being sick and slept on hardwood floor for weeks . I couldn’t take the slightest risk. All the time I washed I was a patient with chronic cough and acute bronchitis.  Evadiki undevi vadiki untayi . Porapatuna poyina kampu kodite kani telise stage ledu naku at that time . Nothing funny kool garu. I had to be extremely careful . I can’t take the slightest risk .

If we don’t have anyone to take care extent will automatically increase .  Same person will react and behave different when there is a person to take care . Sick ayite inka worst untundi . I think I did get COVID at that time .  I wasn’t tested as test kits weren’t even available and they tested only when someone traveled internationally  .  That’s the sickest I was in my life .  
 

No one had clarity like now anyways everything was new to everyone in the world .  I did what I thought was best for me .
