1. It's impossible lucky unte can get EAD but no way GC, FAD can move to Jan 2015 max

2. No you can't unless move it to a consular processing...you have to be physically in country to apply 485 under eb category

I think its better to wait until sept/oct VB in 2021. Visa no wastage , Downgrades etc these thing will impact the VB's.

I think we get ead for 2016 EB3 people but not gc.

We have 290k visas available for FY2022 and this number might increase in couple months.
