Naa current client FT offer chesadu.

Couple of questions

1. Naa wife's h4 had extension is in process. ippudu nenu h1 transfer apply chesthe; ead application amina affect avuthundha?

2. H1 transfer approval vachhaka 2 weeks notice employer ki isthe saripothundha? aa 2 weeks old employer payroll meed ante amina problem avuthundha?

1)  Yes, if your extension is approved before her H4 approved, Mostly RFE padthadhi any will ask your latest H1 transfer i797 copy to submit them .

 

2) I think Yes, But make sure you dont run the payrolls with both at a time, kotha employer deggara payroll start cheyaku..you can only work with 1 employer H1 lo unnapudu.

2 nd point how possible ya ? He is converting ft with current contracting position? He is not going with new client …existing client only converting from contracting to ft

Rey Emi kadu untill you are not getting paid for same time frame ,, ne case lo same employer ,,,,, but not same timeframe kada so lite ,,,,

consultancy will run in july but pay duration will be jun 15-30 .. F the desi mestri and go FT

No issues...Pay days old employer until june 30 varaku..kabatti..you are good..kotha employer from July 1 ....kabbati no issues...Good to go bro..All the best..

 

Just make sure the GC process with new employer and enjoy FTE...and f** desi..

#1 H4 kuda extension ki apply cheyyochu at client's expense but EAD mathram 180 munde cheyyali.. current EAD will be valid till it's end date unless you go out of status..

#2 No issue if you stay on old employer's payroll for 2 weeks after approval

Pay check lo time frame untadi kada, adi june 15-30 untadi

also oka vela emanna overlap unna kuda, i wonder anta evaru check chestaru.
