TIA 1) Yes, if your extension is approved before her H4 approved, Mostly RFE padthadhi any will ask your latest H1 transfer i797 copy to submit them . 2) I think Yes, But make sure you dont run the payrolls with both at a time, kotha employer deggara payroll start cheyaku..you can only work with 1 employer H1 lo unnapudu. He is converting ft with current contracting position?
