July lo PERM file cheste, i doubt if she gets her 140 approved by Jan'2022 which is less than 7 months. Covid valla Processing times are taking longer than usual. I will file H4 from my end, are there any other alernatives or options. Please suggest. Quote

If possible, see if she can stay outside US from now until Jan-2022 so you can reclaim that time. As always, consult good immigration lawyer for 20min call and decide future course of action. Calculate out-of-US time from passport stamps and/or I-94 travel history online and not from “memory” because USCIS needs those pp stamps or i-94 history, Quote

Out of India is an option, but India lo situation is not good and travel restrictions kada..so looking for alternatives Quote

Go out of the country when 2 months is left and then when its time to apply for 140 come back into the country and do it in Premium ... Quote
