dude, inka prevailing wage phase lo undi and Perm is not filed, why are you saying 140 is in process ?

if she get Perm approved she can get 1yr extension for her H1, if not she has to go on other visa type..

Other option is B2 but future lo koncham risky untadhi ani evaro annaru naatho last year...go with H4 if you have the option bro...

naa situation kuda similar but H1 exhausted before my employer started PERM processing, so moved to F1 now...

H1 to H4 is considered same class of visa... so can do it in any country... if you apply for COS here, you are technically still on H1’s until it is approved... it will take months to get h4 approval.. out of country velli status change cheskunte, it will be immediate... also, stand-alone h4 ead gets faster approval when compared to h4 extension and h4 ead applications...
