Eat everything but in limited capacity. Avoid sugars, cut down the meat and avoid processed food. Finish the dinner by 6.30 or 7 PM max. Cardio - Be mindful on how much and what type of cardio you are doing. Just doing Cardio will not help. Â Quote

No Sugar - Not even single grain - If possible even avoid sugary fruits. 3. Do some cardio - Running helps a lot, but if you feel this is hard, walking is Just fine, tho walking doesnt really help a whole lot, its the very basic exercise. Elliptical and cycling are other alternatives as well for Cardio. 4. Intermittent fasting helps - but then if you consume whole lot of carbs and sugars in that one meal a day lets say, then its useless of doing this fasting. 5. I recently tried water fasting as well for 72 hours, it went good for me thou its little hard with so many side effects, i wouldnt recommend this to anyone, especially whose metabolism is weak. I lost 8 pounds in 3 days. But Caution: Its not easy to do water fasting. Good Luck!! Quote
