I keep meetings only 30 mins, share agenda 2 days ahead.. request team to share inputs before EOD next day.. any deviations from agenda, I would request team to take offline and send me the consolidated MOM. So for me 5-6 hours lo 2 days work nadichipothundhi

 

night 1-2 hours to plan next sprint based on deviations/roadblocks observed in MOM, check the usage of resources and add additional if required.
