Welcome to my world. I spend around 6+ hours in meeting with internal PM and customers. If you are a program manager or solution architect you need to spend a lot of time talking to people.

I work on multiple projects and I will spend 6-8 hours just on the calls with clients. I have been doing this for past 5 years and now I'm used to it. Actual work will be done only after business hours. Hired 4 part time employees in India to manage system configuration work
