H-1B Employee US payroll meeda India lo work chestunnappadu, H-1B Extension file chesaru. Existing H-1B expired. 

 

Any concerns staying on US Payroll?

He would get i797b which is consulat processing as he was out of country while applying . Anyways visa expired kabatti elago visa kellali . Other than that no issues
