I think last year or so, many people in Richwoods were doing catering business.. it was a small scale industry there for sometime.. someone complained and Department of food safety people came and put fines on them...

I know catering is the money maker in food business..0 wastage and atleast 40% profit margin

But you cannot sell food without license... And definitely not from a house in a supposedly premium or rich  community...
