if the client is in same MSA of the one mentioned in the LCA then i dont think you need an amendment. pls correct me ..?

First employer deggariki vadtharu..then client place lo your reporting manager and team lead...after that they will ask you questions to make sure you three sync

uscis may not know you switched. so your switch itself may not trigger a check. But they can randomly check anytime based on the lca/original h1b petition. And if that doesnt match the actual employment you are doing (after they check the client site) then it may cause an issue.

no...they will go to employee’s client place directly to verify if he is working there..n ask some qns..they dont talk to manager or lead..if you are not there or they r not accessible to client palce..they send email to employer....this happened to me

In my case they asked questions to employer and then client manager and then team lead..after that they called me... I already left that project and we revoked the amendment also...but still they did client visit for revoked ammendment project..this was virginia
