To be really frank vellaki work meeda em focus undadu..side lo vlogs or insta feeds is their main focus

Half their brain revolves around family though they dont need to think that much

I just feel career wise they are incompetent and cover it saying "I want to work but family is concern" and all life do bokka QA etc

In a team all have to bring something to table and these vaunties just be on mute all the time as they cant add any. The max they say is "can you send this doc or give me access"

99.9 percent goltes anthey. Nakithey oka company lo one month chesa 10 ead batches same pina chepina bapathey. For me i get along with northies are super atleast work paramga. Work chestharu coordination untadhi and free ga untaru.
