futureofandhra
Telugu is closest Indic language which is closest related to Sanskrit. Not even Hindi is that much Sanskritized. Hindi possess only Devanagari script that's been shared with Deva-vani Sankrit otherwise Telugu is almost Sanskritized vocabularized Telugu. Is this true?

Don't think so bro. Hindi is much more close to sanskrit. Telugu is one of the very modern ones in Indian languages. So, it evolved by taking the best of everything around it (Sanskrit, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi). And that is one reason why it can be easily learned. reality
mari pakka thread lo Margamu ante Telugu word Marg ante Hindi word ani edisaav kada as if they are different... neeku artham ayye vidhanga cheppalante.... idhigo..try to gain some thelivi... Sanskrit मार्ग Sanskrit name Marg (Sanskrit मार्ग) literally refers to path or way. Marg also denotes route, way or passage. don’t hate Hindi... at the same time, don’t support imposing Hindi on Native people in their own backyard.
hunkyfunky2
I think post nicely captures the Sanskrit influence as well as Dravidian / Urdu/Parsi influence. https://web.cs.ucdavis.edu/~vemuri/classes/freshman/IntroductionToTelugu.htm It is closer to sanskrit and saying it is dravidian language is wrong -

saiTV9
Telugu and Tamil are dravidian languages. Little older than Latin and greek. Much much older than Hindi. Hindi originated from Sanskrit(IndoAryan Language).

Telugu is a Dravidian language but has lots of loaner words (vocabulary) from Sanskrit since it is in the intersection zone between Sanskrit and Dravidian lands. Grammatically Telugu is still a Dravidian language. Sanskrit was the language used by Elite in olden days, regular people used to speak in Prakrit. Sanskrit, Prakrit, even Telugu was written in Brahmi Script before Devanagari and Telugu scripts were availability. There is no language called Hindi until 19th century. Before that, both Hindi and Urdu are combinedly called Hindustani.

Sanskrit is the most teluguized vocabulary. One famous guy said almost the entirety of sanskrit vocabulary can be considered a part of telugu. Telugu gave birth to sanskrit.
