Thats BS. Rumours are about Arvind Kumar Sharma Gujrat cadre former IAS officer being deputy CM. Just rumours. CM and PM range lo unnollu, adhi kooda good rapport unahdi, why would they fight on this silly one? Yogi CM ayinnappudu Modi and Sha backed him well.

After corona some negative feeling came. So RSS wants a bakra. Mosha are offering yogi as the bakra for following reasons :

a) he was never a CM candidate anyway - just propped up MoSha

b) Brahmin vs Thakur rivalry in UP

Yogi doesn't have a financial backing like MoShah unless RSS supports him it will be tough for Yogi to go against MoShah.

Although there were rumors  they wanted to replace Shivraj Chauhan but because of bengal results they backed off. Couple of days ago Shivraj Chauhan replaced his OSD with a guy who was critical about Modi.
