they will run payroll on some other guy ssn, and give the cash to you, simple as isnt'it

they will modify your h1b/ead/gc and edit the fuk out, they will put yuur name in some else's 797, ead card, even gc as well.

Anonymous people can report the names of the guys who are working this way to IRS and that is enough to screwup your H1 and GC.

There are specific forms for IRS. This amounts to tax evasion/ unreported income. One ATT employee got reported few weeks back iirc.
