1and half day AFTER 1st dose covishield took 3 dolo 650 subsidized fever 3 or 4 day pain in shoulder vaccinated

took the dose(shield) yesterday... 

light headache and couldn't sleep...for every 20 mins i woke up 

btw the gave pcm along with dose but didn't use them..... 

 

today everything seems to be normal
