It depends on the individual. If you like vibrant streets, pubs and night life, its better to stay in south beach. Its more suitable for teenagers and party animals. 

 

Disadvantage: South beach streets hosts concerts frequently jamming the entire streets. If you are renting a hotel away from the beach, it takes very long time in heavy traffic to get to the south beach..sometimes more than a couple of hours….But with COVID situation, things might be different.

 

On the other hand, If you are looking for a less crowded yet beautiful and placid beaches, North beach is ideal for you! Its more suitable for families and is not too far from south beach.

Wynwood:

 

• Wynwood is a neighborhood in Miami packed with art, culture and innovation
• in the 80s a rundown, crime-ridden neighborhood, forced some businesses out leaving abandoned warehouses which became a platform for the street artists to express their art work.

 

Little Havana:

 

• If you want to see Cuba or its capital Havana, you don't have to cross the boarders…We have a version of Cuba in Miami neighborhood. Its called "little Havana".
• #cuban coffee (Cafecito or Café Cubano and Cortadito)  # Cuban Food # Bay of pigs Museum (Bahía de Cochinos)

 

Everglades:

 

• if you want to see alligators and take boat trips, there are lot of places near Miami or on the way to Keywest. Please do google search something like "day trip to everglades from miami".

 

Key West:

 

• Key West is the Southernmost city in the United States, just a 4-hour drive from Miami on the scenic 110 mile inevitable coastal Overseas Highway.
• Water sports: jetski, kayaking, snorkel, parasailing can be best enjoyed here
• Sunset celebration: The nightly festival hosts visitors from all over the world who come to take part in the magicians, jugglers, clowns, psychics, local musicians, artists, and food vendors that combine for an incredible cultural experience. It is a fusion of friends and talents that has captivated tourists and locals alike.
• Duval street:  this is where the heartbeat of the city comes to life with a diverse array of restaurants, shops, world famous pubs and attractions.
• The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory
