Lot ki left end lo rain water povadaniki 3*3 ft easement undi. Basically 3-4 houses rainwater povadiniki veyasadu and this is present in 30% of houses in the community. Place where it is constructed is decided by City.

na question enti antae, how this impacts property value, insurance, safety (kids) and any other concerns you think off??

I know buyers have very minimal choices now, so shed me some light on this? There is no releases until next 2 months, each release $15-30k price increase cheysthunaru. I requested for a day time to sign.

3*3 is very common bro …you can cover it with shrubs not big deal ….just oka easement kosam back out avvaku…see other positives… insurance doesn’t care about it

Mana desi athanu thesukunadu anta but he also got another very larger home in bid in same community so he left this one. We were on the waiting list so call cheysaru… spent 5 hours today looking all the possible options along with realtor.
realtor said go for it.. 

Repu morning  10 Varaku who ever emails I want it, it’s for them.
