yes.. mostly Company sponsored events.. beach cleaning.. Habitat for Humanity etc..

ok good, Maa company lo kuda sponsored events unnayi but after going to few events this is what I understood. Aspiring leaders mostly organize this to demonstrate their leadership skills and get a promotion or check some task in their leadership tasks.

At times  it does give you some satisfaction.. we once cleaned up a house and painted it .. over the weekend.. very tiring but it felt  good in the end..

I did at Bay Area rescue mission bro in Richmond, CA , got some canned food for them , did dishwashing and vegetable cutting

you can walk into your local community services, like united way etc if you want to participate in volunteering. 

I did it with my company few times.

Charity blood drives, donating red blood and plasma

Volunteer at a local pet rescue shelter and time to time take care of pets before they are adopted

I and my wife are in a group and we both are helping teens who are alcohol/drug addicts and neurotics to understand the severity of what they are going through and how it is effecting their near ones...my role is to motivate them have goals and work hard for them...we both are happy serving them...
