Molakalu (uniodized salt + Pepper) + 1 carrot in the 7 AM with warm water and honey

10 AM Idly/(Boiled carrot + 2 Boiled eggs)

 

1 PM Lunch

4 PM (Soaked Badam  + Boiled groundnuts)

6 PM Soaked Methi (6-7 )

8 PM, Dinner with Rasam + dry roasted Garlic

11 PM 2-3 Pegs(with warm water mix only, no soda) with Carrot/Nuts/Mango/seasonal fruits

yeah, but its a daily standard.. so over night soaking vi lid petti odileyyadame.. sprouts. wife takes care of it. Learnt it hard way bruh! has to kill 40K hospital bill before moving to India.. another good lesson US taught me

Better not to use any chemical tablet until unless it is really emergency. 

Remaining things should be covered by sun, vegetables, fruits, everything natural, not processed food.

Otherwise, the immunity will be low and need tablet for everything and may not work after sometime. Need to increase the dose, . . .

no need of salt. Doing best with -ve twist for future BP.
