maa office lunch area small as the place I'm working is relatively new office and they were still hiring people to fill that location before pandemic , office full of non desis so if I have to eat I will be the only one eating sitting alone..

Bro I used to make a Burrito bowl in the morning and take that for lunch, chaala easy if you have all the ingredients takes 5 minutes to make. I used to not put it in the fridge, thermos(heat retaining) lunch bag undedi andulo pettevadini. Plus I used to eat on my desk itself then go for a 45 minute walk, try that. Also have a box of protein bars handy so if you feel hungry in the afternoon you can have that.

evari food ayina smell osthadi chicha.... as long as you are not frying a live pig in the office kitchen you should be good
