no biryani , normal curries kooda vasthayi , you have to open them in a place where its really fresh, we are so used to that smell that we do not recognize it most of the times , nenu kooda intlo vunte normal untundi , but office kitchen lo open cheyagale smell telustundi easy ga because there are no other food thats being open there..

Mana noses ki aa smells pasigatte sensitivity poyindi eppudo but others might be sensitive to such smells. 

My advise is to not take curries, sambar, daals to your office eat them at home. 

Bayata tinte unhealthy anem ledu plenty of healthy options that aren't Indian, even mexican salads are quite good and they are all below $10 mostly

In my office we are accustomed to all kinds of food smell. No one really cares.

I was one of those guys that told the manager that I will quit if forced to come in or forced to take a salary cut. They quietly accepted. I am planning to move from LA to Atlanta. California salary Georgia COL and I am liking it, on the flip side home prices in Atlanta also really went up, good houses are 700 to 800k+..
