Yup irrespective of PD, whoever  is documentary ready will be lucky to get GC before dates retrogress. Samething happened in 2012 when dates retrogressed and some people had to be stuck with EAD for 10 years

At present only msc is giving gc and rfe that doesn’t mean you will not get ead ap forever and without 140 if yiu want to change the job on h1  you cannot do it peacefully by filing 485k
