4 years for 2 different companies each , after 2 years work bore avutundi ekkada aina unless there is learning , it becomes a lot more relaxing too , we kind of become complacent if there is no challenge in job..

Agree, Seniority matters anedi IT lo undadu anukunta, if you are a quick learner you move up the ladder fast.
