What is wrong with providing digital devices to them if it makes their work easier and leads to better efficiency?

These people do all the leg work and they are grossly underpaid for their efforts.

iPhones are too costly , Chinese devices should do the same work for lot less .

Ipad is worth the money though ,  one of the best value proposition from apple

I was only saying if the good quality products are only for babus and clearly u missed the point.

Jeetalu ivvochu, surely it will be offset by a inferior build product. Can we only hike the salary for about 3-4 months and go back to old salary once the offset amount is reached?

wasting money on premium products like this is a waste of money, regardless if it is given to babus or non babus, but the excuse that babus are getting then why can't these get is so lame.  don't you know what happened to the ration delivery vehicles? why to go for apple products which are no good for other than show off? do you think that other products are not so helpful? instead they can invest in better connectivity, even the devises that are used by volunteers and others are not working when they come to village, always they keep complaining that network is not available, what exactly are you going to do with iPhone that you cannot do with basic android phone?
