I have heard some good things and some bad things about the work culture at Amazon. What should I be expecting if I join Amazon ani adiga. Daniki vadu I never had to work past 5 any day. You work for a better life and ignoring personal time is not going to work in your favor. Most of the teams I have seen give equal importance to both personal and professional life annadu.

yes... in fact recently i have seen the change.

None of them are asking current pay. They ask what is your expectation so that we can chek if it fits in budget ani adugutaru.

 

Nenu aa question ni answer cheyyanu. It is pretty early for me to put a number. I need sometime, may be after the onsite I can give an estimate ani daatesta.
