Nov 2015 PD…need suggestions

With current employer PERM certified recently but my old employer withdrew eb2 i140 but PD will remain same.

Curent employer Attorney asked to chose one and indicated EB3 may retrogress…I am dilema to choose eb2/eb3.

please provide suggestion who are facing similar situation.

EB3  choose chesuko. You should be able to file in October.

You have certified perm do both bro stagger it with first eb2 and eb3 its definitely possible worst case second daniki ninnu pay cheyamantaru, 2015 has high chances of being current in eb3( no one knows guestimate) 

Having both 140 will make you feel better bro and tarvtha your application will be processed directly inMSC

But if your pd is in 15 16 try not move the job unless it's great great offer 

Get yiu docs ready like birth certs etc 

If you have no difficulty in money get yiur 140 ¥downgrade ready ( baada padadu in case current avakapothe but avuthe you will have ton of advantages)
