This is my observation so far for a 4bed single family home. 

cary/Morrisville: $750+ $100k bidding

Apex and Hollysprings: $600-$650 + $60-$80k bidding 

Fuquay Varina $420-$500 + I don’t know about bidding in this place. 

Weekend people from Maryland, Virginia, Charlotte and NJ are coming to see homes. Naku ardham ayindhi enti antae this area may take another 3-4 years to be at pre-pandemic levels.

There are 15 new companies coming to this area from last one year including Apple, Bandwidth, Google, Fujifilm, Gilead and many other Pharma companies.

I am guessing that would be an investment but we don't know as there has been a huge influx of people moving in from west coast and upstate which boosted the housing market like anything and apple campus has made the already hot housing market more hot
