I Don't think real estate market will fall anytime soon. It might take at least another 2 years. 

But remember prices won't drop. If it drops Banks will be in trouble and as well as Builders, If they are still constructing in these areas. The only thing that happens is Builders might throw some free upgrades to attract customers without reducing the prices.

There might only be a correction where the bidding might stop and Availability will be more. 

If availability of homes increase, The market will shift towards buyers side and options for buyers will be more. 

If you can afford, Go for it. I know people who paid 2000$ advance 6 months back for their house and even before the construction is over they are already sitting on at least 50k upraised amount.

But do proper research about the area prior buying.

Thinking of buying home in this area from past 3 years eypudu eydo challenge immigration, money needed some where else, job change… ippudu high prices.. but this area is a bit different. Only thing what I see could happen is in 2-3 years there won’t be bidding but prices would remain same or higher.

Bagundi.. south lake elementary, Fuquay Middle and high schools bagunyai. High school is newly built. There are few charter schools also.
