Real economy perspective lo alochistheee this is big bubble. However when feds themselves are creating this bubble and willing to support it as much as they can, then the bubble is going to grow bigger and bigger.  It might actually never pop up at all. Market will keep swallowing this 3 trillion dollar covid free money. The real estate is loving it.

 

unless they pull back free money and increase interest rates there is no normalcy in market. Nonetheless I highly doubt if feds will do anything in that direction. 
 In conclusion if I were you I will buy it even though it’s unjustifiable and expensive to buy a house now.

Ayina once you land a house deal with low interest you are all set. Since you are buying for yourself and not for investment or resell. This is best opportunity. Find a good deal and grab it.

Vomerica lo rich and poor disparity is increasing crazy thanks to this fed munjaluuu. that’s a different topic and it’s out of scope for this thread.

Where are you getting homes for 400K in North Dallas?? Especially Lennar?? All new homes with 3000 sft start at 600K most of Dallas North, irrespective of the builder.. Even townhomes are 400+ now… one story homes (<2000sft) are above 500K now
