trading account disclosure at work

any bank employees here, did you had to disclose trading account is it mandatory. I know day trading is not allowed

yep, anni disclose cheyali bro. Compliance team will setup in a way to receive all your monthly / quarterly statements to review. Trading is not allowed and only allowed to by index funds and stuff..that too with prior approval. Crypto exempted for now.

thanks bro, not planning to do any future trading but can we hold what we have currently and again to sell we have to get approval looks like @BigB

@Mandalorianyep, you can hold your current equities and yes, you would need to get a compliance approval to sell them.
