school ISD is not great for now. Future la pick up aithadi ani talk. Mana desi community bane untada.

please suggest.

evadikaina house kavali ante contact avvandi dudes, inka lots unnai and price is reasonable because of area.

PS.. school district aithe lite as of now. future la cheppalem inka.

wildridge lo 600K plus undi kada. not sure its worth that much due to the school district. i doubt if it will improve. lot of ealready established communities out there

Thats true.. inka new communities coming soon. If New schools open up, there is a chance to improve school rating . 
 

so just checking if any one knows this area

Take an older home (5-20 yes old) in Plano Frisco Allen areas… with good schools.. 

why do you want to spend 600K on a home without good schools.. ??

bro , little kids aithe fine but seen a lot of folks recently opting for places where school ratings are not good saying that it will catch up ..

catch up is not 100% guaranteed , lot of things have to work out , also it will be an uphill battle for that new school or low rating school , schools which are 8 , 9 , 10 and already setup since long time have a big advantage

future lo sell cheyalanna everything here is dependent on schools so buy in a good school area , houses go for a premium in those areas for a reason...

Go for it.. oak point kakunda Union park lo emaina unte chudu.. it’s better to stay close to 380 road
