I don't think home prices will not depreciate so much so that it would actually have an effect instantly.

New home buyers, elago 30 years mortgage and initial 2-3 years payments la maximum interest component kabatti, chesina payments ni vadukoleru...ala ani abandon cheyaleru. 

Desi's aithe sachina cheyaru...they will keep on making payments till they get rid of mortgage payments irrespective of home value...deeniki kuda peer pressure ani chepochu...illu ammukunaru kattaleka ani naluguru ki telisthe izzat emaipovale ane badha ki aina, cheyaru...
