they go on date, taravata 6 pack beers teeskuni abbai intiki eltharu.. they drink more than 6 beers, they are very drunk now..

boy and girl go into an argument.. boy threatens girl.. then instead of asking her to leave and throw her out the front door.. he puts her in the balcony and locks the sliding door.. apartment is on 14th level..

girl being drunk.. tries to go to the 13th floor from the rail and falls and dies instantly..

guy doesnt call police.. but escapes..

finally he is caught.. 

and court says he is not guilty and he is free now..

is he guilty or not? emantaru? what should have happened?
