Background check hireright

I started masters in one college and later transferred to another, now I got job and submitted details to hireright. I got a message saying they are unable to verify my enrollment dates for the college that issued my degree. They asked me to upload a degree copy or transcripts or certificate something, I uploaded my degree copy, is that fine? 
they haven’t updated my account yet, will my diploma satisfy what they are asking for?

Ne diploma or transcripts upload cheyyi and they want to make sure u r graduated from the said college (proof of degree)

okasari repu customer service ki call chesi ne situation cheppi ne qs adugu they might tell on the spot if u r good or u can post a small message when u upload the document and mention the dates of transfer and etc.
