He is consistently spending many hours in the gymnasium and carving a ripped physique. Now, Sirish has kick-started a new high-intense workout and fitness series ‘Training Day’. As a part of this series, the Allu hero will be sharing his training and workout videos on his official social media handles. In the first outing of the series, Sirish shared a video of himself training his back body in the gym. He is seen doing single-arm dumbbell row, grip lat pull down and sternum pull-ups. Apart from training videos, Sirish will also give a glimpse of his boxing and yoga routine through this digital series. Sirish is also gearing up to commence shooting for his forthcoming project Prema Kadanta which was announced recently. He plays a romantic lad in the film which also stars Anu Emmanuel. Rakesh Sashii is directing the romantic drama. Quote
