Pappu Charu ... telangana style ... pappu maree pippi pippi cheyyakunda... konchem barakaga pappu udikinchi... chestharu. Rest of the process is same kani ... konchem watery untadhi . Flavorful ga untadhi... I think they don’t even add any sambar powder. May be konchem vesthe vestharu 

sambar : manchiga neyyi vesi ... garlic , urad dal , avalu, jeera , dry red chillies , curry leaves, vegetable mukkalU vesi ...konchem fry chesaka.... 4-5 vigils baga udikina pappu ni mash chesi maree vestharu ... konchem water add chesi ala Oka 20 mins ... mukkalu anni almost cooked ane time lo ... dhattanga sambar powder vestharu... ala inkonchem sepu unchi ...aa sambar gumagumalu pakkinti dhaka vellayane time lo they will add tamarind juice. 
Rendu bane untayi . But authentic pappu Charu cheyyadam kashtame.

Vadi bondha .... assalu proper ga sambar chese some tamil PPl don’t even add ingu, garlic etc. venkanna swamy dhaggara apudapudu sambar rice pedthuntaru prasadhanga... not much veggies , no garlic , no onion, no inguva but taste mathram peaks.
