Villa or Luxury apartment  or Independent house ? serious discussion please

Villa - we think security, gated community, neat and clean maintenance, class of people together etc. But actually if you think, a villa is rearranged luxury apartment on the ground level .. similar community, gate, same restrictions as you have in apartments. 

If you lived in apartments in Hyd, you must have gone through the issues. Small groups, non-cooperation of others, few people having high influence all decisions .. its a hell hole in many places. Villas, I hear similar stories too now a days from some friends. 

Both of them - we are stuck with people forever, like it or hate it !!

While independent house seem to be preferable in this case, free access, no restrictions, you are on your own to chose from your street to be aligned with. 

One can say it depends heavily on the type of locality (IT or general or upscale areas etc), a point to take too !

This in general bro .. I strongly believe almost everyone living US now will eventually move to India when retired .. once you stop working US will show its true colors .. even if you get you social/pension, I dont think life will be easy for us here. I am talking about current immigrants who came from india and settled here. 

Our kids anyways born here and they might be connected to live here forever.
