Villa or Luxury apartment or Independent house ? serious discussion please

Correct bro .. This is what I am hearing from some friends who recently took villas. 

Independent house seem to be a good option, just buy in good locality less than 10 yrs old or construct a new one in land. 

But looking at crazy prices of villas .. one wonders why so much pricey if they dont have good opinion of many !!

malla pyina nunchi maintenance fee antaru adhi oka 2000 minimum to 4000 rs esuko... 

good localilty lo patha house even if it is 20 years old ayina tessukoni, rent ki itcheyi with minimum repairs, these repairs should be less cost and only on essentials or else nuvu rent itchi waste,  and when you go back india, degara undhi katichuko... or builder ki itcheyai
