How do you guys manage clash of meeting times for multiple jobs?

my manager canceled meeting today and my architect asked why did you cancel in the same email thread

So ? My meetings are scheduled 5-6 weeks in advance . No one ever asked me when I declined a meeting . What do you want me to do now ? I told my experience and answered for me .

Meeting invite antene you can accept decline and say May be .  You will not be punished/ questioned  to say May be or decline . Even if they question no big deal can manage .

status meeting lantivi anithe ok...if u have to give a demo..alantivi kastam kada.. 5 min ante cut seyochu..30 min daaka evad aagutadu...

No one skips Standup’s , retrospectives and demos .  These are not scheduled last minute. These are planned meetings weeks ahead .
